Sri Gururaja Coffee Works is engaged in the processing, manufacturing, packaging, distribution, and sale of coffee powder, coffee beans, blended coffee products, and related items.

We are committed to providing quality products, professional customer service, and transparent business practices.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, purchasing products, visiting our premises, or communicating with our business, customers agree to these Terms and Services.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue the use of our services.

3. Products and Services

We offer:

  • Fresh coffee powder
  • Coffee beans
  • Customized coffee blends
  • Bulk and retail coffee supply
  • Packaging and related services

Product availability may vary based on stock, season, and market conditions.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products and services at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments must be completed before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept  bank transfer, UPI, and other approved payment methods.

5. Orders and Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after acceptance by our business.
  • Customers must provide accurate order and contact information.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Incorrect pricing
    • Suspected fraudulent activity
    • Operational limitations

In case of cancellation by us, any eligible payment received will be refunded appropriately.

6. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location and logistics.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details.
  • Risk and responsibility for products transfer to the customer upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation issues
  • Government restrictions
  • Unforeseen operational interruptions

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of food and consumable products:

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.
  • Refunds or replacements are provided only for:
    • Damaged products
    • Incorrect items delivered
    • Manufacturing defects

Customers must report issues within 24 hours of receiving the order along with valid proof.

Refund approval remains at the sole discretion of Sri Gururaja Coffee Works.

8. Product Storage and Usage

Customers are advised to:

  • Store coffee products in a cool and dry place
  • Keep products sealed properly after opening
  • Use products before the expiry date

We are not responsible for quality deterioration caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

 

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree:

  • Not to misuse products or services
  • Not to provide false information
  • To maintain respectful communication with staff and representatives

Any abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior may result in refusal of service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product or service.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Customers are responsible for checking product suitability before consumption.

11. Privacy and Confidentiality

Customer information shared with us is handled responsibly and used only for:

  • Order processing
  • Customer support
  • Billing and communication

We do not sell or misuse customer information.

12. Changes to Terms

Sri Gururaja Coffee Works reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Services at any time without prior notice.

Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication or communication.
